Unframed
This print was created by carving the fern design out of a block of cherry wood. The mossy ink color was rolled on with a brayer, then accented with a spatter pattern in yellow using a brush an loose ink. Once the color was ready the kozo paper was laid on top of the block and then hand rubbed with a spoon to create the impression. the block has since been re-planed, and has been used since for other carvings.
