HERE AT KREUTER WOODCUTS WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS! IN THE EVENT OF ART WORK ARRIVING DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT ME RIGHT AWAY THROUGH EMAIL ALONG WITH PHOTOS OF DAMAGE. ONCE DAMAGE TO THE PIECE IS ASSESSED, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND OR CHOOSE A NEW EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE ARTWORK. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO RETURN THE WORK.
IF YOU DECIDE YOU DO NOT LIKE THE ARTWORK, IT MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. THE ARTWORK MUST BE PACKAGED IN THE WAY AS IT HAD ARRIVED TO YOU, PACKAGING MAY BE REUSED. I WILL EMAIL YOU MY SHIPPING LOCATION TO RETURN THE ARTWORK. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. ONCE THE ARTWORK IS RECEIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION, THE REFUND WILL BE DISPERSED, OR A NEW PIECE MAY BE CHOSEN OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE. Any returns after 7 days will not be accepted.
IF YOUR PIECE WAS A CUSTOM COMMISSION, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
